The Consultation Process

Dr. Shenko's goal is to ensure that you, the patient, have an optimal experience from the moment of your initial phone call through the final result of your cosmetic procedure. We provide the highest quality care in a relaxing environment, with special attention paid to patient confidentiality. We never put surgical costs ahead of safety.

Dr. Shenko and his staff have dedicated themselves to providing you with exceptional customer service, focusing as a team of professionals. The consultation itself will be conducted by both Dr. Shenko and the Patient Care Coordinator, either Tina or Doreen. The goal of the consultation is education and information. This is a chance for you to express your concerns, to learn about the various options to achieve your goals, and to meet and feel comfortable with Dr. Shenko and his staff. At the same time, we are afforded an opportunity to get to know you as a person and your expectations as a potential patient.

Dr. Shenko sets aside a substantial amount of time for each consultation in order to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed and that you are comfortable and secure before, during, and after your procedure. He will first listen and evaluate the patient to educate and ensure that the goals are realistic and the results are long lasting. There will be ample time to have all your questions answered and to look at books of "before and after" pictures. In addition, if desired, we will provide you with phone numbers of patients who have undergone procedures in which you are interested.

A second appointment is set up before surgery to go over the specific details of your permanent, surgical investment. After surgery, you will be followed closely with office visits and phone calls until you are well healed and happily satisfied.
